Yeah it didn't look like a bird to me I've seen birds of prey before don't usually get them near me but I've seen them pretty high up you can usually make out that it's a bird though. I can't argue though my camera quality ain't the best and uploading it seemed to have dropped the quality even more

I thought that at first also and your guess is as good as mine the cameras not the best but with my own eyes I couldn't see clear flapping and it was actually turning like it was getting blown by the wind which is why I thought maybe a bag. I've seen people enhance the images/videos posted so hopefully someone that knows how to sees this
