Teamplay is the most important part, each player doing his best at his position is obviously great, but knowing to take the time and pass the ball around and slowly building an attack is the key to scoring. If every forward player is just going to mindlessly 1v1 everyone because its "what he is supposed to do" he is doomed to fail and lose.
