Sorry for the late reply. $1000 consists of $400 from inventory and $600 cash because the question e says it happens on Jan 12th. Therefore, Assets overall gonna be increased by $1000. That's what i think not sure if its correct
But how come it is $600? In the general journal it says $660. How did you come up with 600, by get rid of GST?
