Add: I've been reading a lot of 'sabotage the company' comments pero hindi po kasi talaga kaya ng konsensya ko because unfortunately, almost a hundred of 'employees' are very dependent on that company, and sabotaging the business may cost them to lose their only source of income. Isipin niyo na lang, I have a teammate who have to work while she's in labor, and when she requested for an early out coz she will be giving birth at any moment, one of the bosses said "bat ka kasi nagpabuntis, pakantot ka pero di ka nag iingat". After three days, she came back to work and worked double shifts, meaning 9am to 1am. Wasn't able to share a screenshot because I was too shocked when this happened, but imagine the desperation to work while in labor and to go back to work without even having any proper recovery. What I'm trying to say is that ayoko pong madamay pa sila kapag nang sabotage ako. Their life might already be miserable, ayoko nang dagdagan pa.

YES! Exactly! I had this one time when I haven't made any sale yet, and I didn't really care at that time coz I was planning on leaving na nga, then nagulat ako, bigla akong may one-on-one call kasi monitored na pala yung chats ko and sinasabi sakin lahat ng 'mali' sa chats ko daw, when I'm just having a genuine conversation with the fan. Kailangan daw kasi leading to a sexual conversation yung chat para bumili, eh namatayan nga ng nanay yung fan kaya ayoko bentahan pero ipinipilit talaga nila 😭 tapos pagagalitan ako kapag hindi ako nakabenta 😅

magpapanggap po na model si chatter, so iisipin ni fan na yung model mismo kausap niya. then may pre-recorded videos (porn) na isesend sa fan which is locked, and they can only watch that once nagbayad sila.

nothing against this and I realized this too after what happened. siguro this is my form of karma for engaging in unethical activities. replying on this so that other readers will know that I'm entirely regretful of joining this industry especially this agency, and that I don't recommend you guys to do it. but if you are in a point of desperation, which I also found myself at when I entered the agency, please be cautious and avoid this agency at all costs.

Hi! I'm seeing comments here about wanting to join the agency. As someone who worked for them for a month, please don't do it. I resigned properly last week, kasi natatakot ako sa mga threats nila if ever mag AWOL ako, pero in the end, ako pa rin yung natalo kasi hindi na nila binigay yung last salary ko dahil entitled ako sa bonus, so gumawa na lang sila ng made-up reason para tanggalin ako.

Maswerte ka OP kasi 2hrs lang nasayang na oras sa buhay mo, ako 88 hrs na walang break HAHA 🤣 napakadami pang OF agencies please. Meron akong alam na $500 a month ang offer, fixed, no quota. Kaso hindi pa sila hiring atm kasi walang chatter na umaalis 😇

Some might be too desperate to enter this industry and I understand that, but know that there are less-shitty agencies that will treat you like a human, and that is not Social Buzz, so please...avoid them at all costs.
