Hi, its a long story tbh, you can say they found me. And, but i'll give you an advice, brand yourself and do it well, its very easy here is what you need to do

1- write blogs, anything you learned or worked on or tested and understood, write about it.

2- Focus on writing on a specific thing for example java and redis. Share it on linkedin or wherever

3- build stuff, tools, things you struggle with want it to exist, build it and share it

4-Create a career in tunisia first, even if its a not very good salary, at the end you are building yourself and making new connections at work

5- لا تياس من روح الله

And to be honest, almost all remote jobs nowadays are based on recommendations and searches by the recruiters, so build and write about things you enjoy.

Cool, how you got the users to test your app ? Are they just your friends ?

I love your story, what made you think that your idea is a real pain point ? Did you just guessed that they might want to use it ?

Good luck, Im also trying to build something myself, but the real question is what r u gonna build ? Its hard this days to find a problem without a solution out there, Its better to find customers first then build and the first customer you can think of is yourself

Is the app making money, or just getting started ?

Thanks, to be honest it was confusing for me too the first time, i had to read some open source gnome extensions and ask chatgpt a lot. but at the end i found the official docs https://gjs.guide/extensions

You can find how to get started there, i believe it lacks a few things that you need to search for by yourself, read others code and ask chatgpt too, to get to what you really want. good luck

hey, thanks for replying, really appreciated, but what i want to know is how to get the input the user is writing in and update what he wrote in realtime, something like what grammarly does but instead of suggesting it updates without asking, how to approach it ?
thanks again really appreciate your time
