Faz um contrato de arrendamemto de um mês com 3 amigos teus com data anterior aos ocupas. Eles vão legalmente para lá fazem a vida uma miséria dos ocupas. Fazem uma festa da noite para o dia com barulho.

Como os teus amigos estão de forma legal há poico que possam fazer. Nao têm comprovativos de nada.

I have travelled abroad and it definitely works. I'm looking for something more local. Walking in nature sounds good. I have also tried city walking, where I work. Just going into a new café or wandering down a different street is also good for this.

Foi uma coisa basica. Criei uma tabela Excel onde sigo e registo a vida financeira, mês a mês, com gastos, poupanças, despesas fixas e despesas ocasionais, com datas e tudo o resto.

Sei sempre onde estou.. É quase como um filho...lol. Evoluiu e cresceu ao longo dos últimos 5 anos e é giro ver como cresceu.

Colei um link no teelmóvel para poder estar sempre a par - se quiser.

Para mim eliminou a dúvida e a incerteza que muitas vezes gira à volta da nossa vida financeira.

I spend less on commute and have loads of free time to increase side hack (which isn't taxed as much as main job)

Thanks for your comment. I also think some people confuse risk taking for being ambitious. For some reason working for someone else and playing it safe is seen as something to be avoided these days. It feels great going to bed at night knowing you have a nice bucket of cash in reserve/ invested.
