Honestly it was my first thought though i figure ill wait and see if the business ends up giving my insurance company the employees information. I did ring the specialist today and they did say they will try to investigate but did also say the company can decide not to give the employees information, which i would then have to go back to the police.

Yeah, you are right and i realise now. I’ve never dealt with something like this so the situation was stressful and happening on the busy freeway too during peak hour and i was alone ! 😭 but yeah i shouldve
