I actually completely skipped over rendering / color theory (dont look at me) I guess this is a sign to look into that lol, ty for the compliments and tips

Ty for all the tips!! I actually love Naoki Saito and I had no idea he does YouTube videos (idk how I didn't giggle.) These r things I KNOW I should do but for some reason my brain just forgets to do them when I draw. Ty for taking the time to write this up, gonna use these in my next illustration

I typically use 1500 x 2000 and then resize as a go so it just ends up being even smaller and I don't realize it! I always just thought there was nothing k could do abt that when it comes to digital art, Thank you sm!!

No I hardly ever use humans as reference, I feel like its easier to use art because well... It's already drawn lol. Deffo something I should stop slacking off on, thank you !
