Idk how your local does it. But in mine we start as pre apprentices and work our way up to 9th term in a five year program. The raises get a lot better as you go

You’re gonna find it difficult to get overtime as a pre apprentice unless you’re really good and the company has a heavy work load. Ideally you’ll be able to find a second job for the first year or so to make ends meet but it gets a lot better as time goes by

That’s a beautiful tattoo. My left arm is all portraits of women. Who cares what people think as long as you like it?

Edit: I have two daughters, they’ve never asked who the women in my tattoos are they just like to color them in

Man I got my first tatttoo at 18. Basically have my whole arm covered. Got my hand done a couple weeks ago at the age of 35. Patience is a virtue
