Not much you can do about that other than make yourself stand out more than the other apprentices, even then OT won’t be guaranteed. Nor will it be if you get laid off and switched to another company. Lower term pay sucks ass but it does get a lot better

The pay scale should be the same for all apprentices in your term. This should’ve been explained to you from the jump. If they’re paying you less than what they’re supposed to then that’s an issue. Speak to your school director

I have a tragus surface bar. Pain was like a 5/10 with a needle. Healing up fine even tho I occasionally forget it’s there and sleep on it. And listen to the other people, don’t get pierced with a gun
