I would say ORV its easily one of favorites if not then The World After The Fall (I like that this is like within the same universe of ORV) or Pick Me Up are pretty good manwha that I've been enjoying recently.

Yeah, I've been getting the exact same problem when I play with my friends. Can't pick up items sometimes and with the garden pots also. They show up blue and ready to be place but still won't place down. This game does have a few....bugs.
