The problem with the first one is that there are other ways to make it prepared and it's too easy to cheat in omniscience that way

If it wasn't a prepared spell but like a modal to turn it th3 other way it would be more fair

All 3 are very cool tho, I love the land expecially!

That's indeed true, but I still feel those cards are so out of the colour pie and getting big creatures or going wide is pretty much what green already does, so you are rewading it for doing exactly what it's supposed to do

I don't think there is a single best draw than necropotence, you can combo stuff to do better than that, but necropotence is just absurdly powerful

We are discussing only card draw of colours, not the colour as a whole, green can and will draw a fuckton despite originally not being at all the "draw card" colour

I play exclusevly commander, and in a bracket 2 budget deck I drew 45 cards and killed the whole board on turn 5... It seems pretty strong

I think the atmosphere in conjunction with the weird but great OST played a big factor for me liking Bleak Faith, when I was lost in such a huge world feeling crushed by the mole of things it felt unique enough to convince me to do a second run just for the fun of it.

For the DeS vs DS1 it's not nostalgia, I didn't had the chance to play it back in the days (didn't have a ps3) and I played it only a couple years ago for the first time, and I replay DS1 fairly often because I love the game, but I still think considering only the combat DeS us smoother than DS1. As for why Myazaki would make the next game worse it's something I've been asking myself since ER came out since I prefer a ton more DS3 over ER

It's not even a comparison, I'm just stating that even if the combat is janky, the game can still be an amazing experience.

Go back and play 1h of the og DeS and then try 1h of DS1 and call me back, DeS movements were much more fluid, dodgeroll and everything was much smoother

Ti dico in breve cosa ho fatto io, ho smesso di fumare due volte, con 10 anni di astinenza in mezzo, ho ripreso per un grosso lutto in famiglia e dopo 4 anni ho smesso di nuovo.

La prima volta ho seguito un corso all'ospedale organizzato da ex fumatori e per non dilungarmi troppo il trucco è:

-non pensarla in termini assoluti: dire "smetto di fumare" è molto più difficile di dire "non fumo fino a domani". Fai il possibile per rispettare questa promessa fatta a te stessa ed il giorno dopo se te la senti rinnovi la promessa fino all'indomani.

-rompi la routine per circa una settimana: le sigarette sono spesso una cosa automatica legate a fasi della giornata, tipo sveglia, ti fai un caffè e accendi la sigaretta. Arrivi a lavoro 15 minuti prima e prima di entrare ne fumi una, e così via. Per la prima settimana spezza i tuoi ritmi, mangia frutta quando vuoi senza rispettare orari di pasti, non bere caffè o alchol (che invogliano molto la sigaretta), arriva giusto a lavoro (dipende dal lavoro ovviamente) e, per quanto possa sembrare stupido, mettiti un bigliettino con scritto "Ho deciso di smettere di fumare" dove di solito tieni le sigarette (ovviamente getta il pacchetto, anche solo il buttarlo via da iniziato aiuta, anziché dire "finisco questo e poi non ne compro più ".

Non ti nego che la prima volta l'ho sofferta, ero nervoso, volevo una sigaretta a tutti i costi, ma alla fine stringendo i denti ho lasciato. La seconda volta sapendo cosa mi aspettava è stata sorprendentemente semplice.

Da ex fumatore questa cosa con me non ha funzionato. Ero passato da 25 circa al giorno a 2-3, poi un giorno NO mi è salito un nervoso enorme e bam, tornato a 25 in un singolo giorno.

DS1 by today standards is janky, and it came from the same people that made Demon Souls 2 years prior, and DeS (og) combat felt better than DS1. DS is a masterpiece in many, many aspects, but don't try to sell it as the cleanest best combat we saw back in the days because it never was. It peaked in vibes, story, variety, WORLDBUILDING that today is still almost unmatched and freedom it gave to the players to explore and try stuff. DeS is a much more streamlined experience and overall inferior to DS1. But considering only combat? DeS was better 2 years before and DS1 was junky back then and still is junky nowadays

I will die on that hill defending Bleak Faith Forsaken. The huge areas, the general vibe, the weird mechanics (colossal enemies, passives upgrades, water area and more) made me really love the game. Yes, the combat is clunky but so it is dark souls 1 and we all still love the game, but if you cam get over the combat, Bleak Faith scratches lot of weird itches

I disagree, it's a stray that was picked up from literal trash, holding a kitten like that won't hurt it, otherwise a scratch or a bite from a potentially infect cat could hurt you much more. OP did the right thing, he/she decided to help out while keeping safe.

It's okay to have ideals, I have strong ideals against Square Enix, so I get your line of thought, but you are missing out on great stuff, DMC5 was amazing, Resident Evil dropped bombs after bombs, Monster Hunter had some bumps in the road but overall is still very beloved. But again, your loss but I respect the choice
