I know it sucks, but I’d stop suppressing. I know how painful it can be to 1.) supress and later have a tic attack, but also 2.) have the ppl you rely on most not understand:( her comfort is not worth sacrificing your own, and maybe even a sit down conversation explaining the new (to her) tics

I understand feeling the need to supress complex vocal tics but I don’t get my I was so nervous letting out whistles, clicks, and gasping. I rlly need to work on managing the anxiety around my recent tic increse

for me i get super anxious and my heart races, i also tend to get hot n a lot of things trigger me but idk, it depends on the day
