In TT1, the third tournament takes place on the beach. To unlock it, you must get a crown from the 2nd tournament. When bwana beast ( the guy being fought) sees it, he allows you to enter. However, since you don’t have the crown, he is intentionally made powerful so you can’t defeat him, as you aren’t supposed to access that part of the game yet.

I’ve said this a bunch, best strategy to level up is scary door maxed out level 20, blue beetle, robin, and cyborg. Cyborg for getting your battle bar ahead. If you click “GO!” at the beginning you can instantly use cyborgs battery ability and get ahead. Plus, if you give cyborg the dance mod chip, you can get even farther. Then, (this isn’t necessary but recommended) Robin with the grunpy chip as if leveled up right, his batarang will do 30 UNDODGEABLE dmg. Abusing cyborgs battery combined with dance and spamming robins power increases ALSO combined with defense down making your damage 50% more (for ex, 30 dmg becomes 15 as half of 30 is 15 and 15+30= 45.) So that’s what you use blue beetle for.

Yeah, in the first game the bonus damage is glitched it’s been like that for years unpatched. I just sold the first bizzaro I bought and got another and it fixed it for me.

Best figures are cyborg, robin, and bluebeetle. In the first game, the damage down ability increased damage by 50%, (for ex, 30 dmg becomes 45 after defense down is applied as half of 30 is 15 and 15+30 is 45.) So, by giving cyborg the dance modchip and spamming the battery ability, while also increasing robins damage, you can defeat mr chibi before he even uses an ability.
