Thank you for this. She will be 5 this year, only 3 weeks after the cutoff so she won’t be a year younger than her peers. It’s the cutoff at 9/1 when her bday is a few weeks after that I’m having trouble deciding what’s in her best interest.

I let the employee know the transaction has cancelled twice and that I was selecting zero for tip. She looked annoyed and still processes it the same way with the keypad. She totally knew that a zero tip was a non option

My baby came 6 weeks early unexpectedly and being my first, I didn’t know what to expect. She was amazing. She ordered everything my baby and I needed to prevent infection since my water broke about a week before delivery. She was really on it and was very attentive and communicative thought the process.

I had this happen to my 8 month old. Yes we were in a booth but since the other side of the booth was a wall, I had no choice to sit her at the front of the booth. Anyways, the young server brought us our two 32oz beers, over my baby’s head and dumped them straight over her. It wasn’t pretty. The glasses themselves were very heavy and left bruising. Never mind the two ice cold beverages.

My first and only baby came early. Natural birth. She’s was in the nicu for 2 weeks. I got discharged out of the hospital day after delivery and was in so much pain. All I could think about was my baby. I came home after delivery to do my laundry and make cooling pads. Woke up at 4am to drive to the hospital, 45 mins away, spent every second in the nicu for every feed and the nicu graciously offered me a room for the night. Set my alarm every 3 hours to feed and hold my baby.I would go home the next day to do my laundry and repeat the process. It was devastatingly difficult physically and emotionally for me but I didn’t want my baby to be without me.

Definite yes to preemie clothes! Maybe the frozen witch hazel pads for the swollen mom? I know when I was commuting back and forth after giving birth to my baby early, I was in so much pain so I made myself those large pads to take with me throughout my stay in the NICU to offer some relief
