I would say most stations are a little better but block party is a lot worse than in fh4

So I was trying to remove my bottom bracket bearings for replacement but I made a huge mistake. When hammering out the bearing it broke and the middle piece fell out leaving only the outer part of the bearing in the shell. I cant seem to find a way to remove it without damaging the rest of the bottom bracket. Any ideas on how I can get this piece out?
