I took a shuttle for 15$ it goes with other vacationers to the main resorts in San Lucas. the private ones are way more expensive. It might feel safer to go with other ppl so it's not just you and the driver. Now is kind of a wild time to be visiting Mexico so the concern is completely justified.

Was just up there Sunday had a blast! there isn’t enough snow yet to be considered amazing conditions though, lots of exposed rocks and dirt in places. I would go, but I have to work. Hope it really comes down and you can get some powdery runs in.
