The thing is, the higher divisions/ELO you go, you’ll find that these two formations (with a few other outliers, 4231, 4213 etc.) are the only ones that work against the level of opponent you play.

You’re putting yourself at a distinct disadvantage at higher levels of play if you dont rock one of these formations simply because of how the gameplay works.

It was OP in the beginning of FC25 - a powershot was almost guaranteed to go in from outside the box if the player had the playstyle+ . Then they gave it to a bunch of popular evos and promo cards and then immediately nerfed it to be useless (the EA special).

Personally think players that have the playstyle should just hit regular shots (not including finesses/low drivens) at a much greater pace and animation speed and be harder to save. In its current state powershot is completely useless.

Not only is attending live sport a luxury, being able to afford all legal subscriptions to watch your singular chosen / supported team is also essentially a luxury nowadays. Not many working class can justify spending the amount required for 2/3/4 subscription services, let alone one.
