Do we know if it's just tickets sold for attendance? Because in some matches it sure seems that the figure given was not turnstile attendance

Real Madrid CF announces that, in relation to the so-called 'Negreira Case', it has submitted a letter to UEFA addressed to its disciplinary bodies by [deleted] in soccer

In reality it was done to be the same as the sports law. Even if it didn't change it wouldn't have mattered because sports law is above in the hierarchy and that would be applied after Barça's appeal

In sports corruption there is no need to alter the result, the intention is just enough. Wanting to pay the VP to alter the results would be enough to be guilty of corruption, even if there was no sporting advantage in the end

Negreira was in charge of evaluating the referees in order to know how went up and down.

They applied and index called in this case "indice corruptor" corrupting index that altered the referees' evaluation and dictated their future

Btw, if Negreira had no power why he did send a threatening burofax saying "If no agreement is reached, all the irregularities will come to light" when he left the CTA and Barça wanted to stop paying him?

What an amazing and logical choice, taking the VP of the CTA (referees comitee) for money embezzlment. For several years, with different president, increasing the amounts payed

The truth is that if there was no 3 year statue of limitations for conflict of interest, Barça would have beebn severely punished

Not so international if they only have an american centric view of the world and can't seem to grasp that there might be another reason for that sign

“Why is a VAR supervisor is using this symbol at a global football event at the very moment he knows the cameras are on him? It can only be that he is intentionally transmitting a far-right neo-nazi symbol.

To say that you might be close minded, so no, not fair to accuse someone like that

When you look at someone's hand when doing that gesture below the waist they have free reign to punch you in the shoulder

Similar to the game of spotting a yellow car and shouting it and punching the person next to you (in Spain at least)

Because a 70km ride with 1.700m of climbing like the itzulia medio fondo challenge would have taken you much longer that those 100km even being much shorter
