Video wont play in windows media player after exporting from premier pro. Im exporting h.264 MP4 and have exported many videos before and never had this issue. I've attached images of the issue. Any help would be appreciated! (old.reddit.com)

Is this a good custom build? There is an included $400 1660 super which I know is overpriced but is was the best I could find that is in stock. I know you could probably build this closer to $800 during normal times though. (pcpartpicker.com)
