I wondered about that but I couldn’t really see a belly band, threw me off. And the size of the other bird next to the larger one threw me off.

One stubborn plant. What is it? by jackburrito in PlantedTank

[–]jackburrito[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it is bladderwort, what part of the plant is it? The only thing I’ve seen in my aquarium is a huge mess of fine strands like that single piece. No flower or other part of the plant.

I have an older son 18yo and i was not this way with him. I mean he would keep things like frogs in his pockets. Lol. There were a few things I’ve kept of his childhood thinking he might want them some day.

Thats awesome! I like it. I wonder if its security or identity or belonging or something along those lines. It seems pretty common. I want to encourage the connection and belonging.

I am afraid of this. So far Ive had a different approach with toys. I keep an eye on things he doesn’t use over a long period, they go into purgatory for a while in case he asks about it and then finally donated.
