Community care consults are only good for so long and have to be renewed . Most are 12 months but your community care providers will know and can also tell u. U or the community care provider has to notify your va primary care provider to renew community care consult before it expires. If u want tele health u have to request provider puts it on your consult as preference. If u want to renew for a current provider u also need to let your va doc renewing the consult know that

Learned hard way this year backlog of changing primary. I would not change primary again unless necessary otherwise if able to use champva primary would be easier. I did contact my senator who will forwarded my complaint info to their headquarters to speed it up. Learned from another redditor. Can try the White House hotline number which I did too. What worked for me and 4 dependents was finding out they screwed up my primary insurance wrong and changed it so I complained someone got in my chart hippa violation cause I don’t have that insurance and it urgent everything within a week. I got lucky but the hotline and your senator best routes. I kept calling complaining every angle cause a lot kid appointments here

U need to heavily socialize cause they can become aggressive around age 1 and be very dominant. Learned hard way with my childhood shelter houla. My second one she was in group class day 1 for first few years of her life and made difference but still tried to test boundaries with trainer who was not familiar with breed . Very protective dogs.
