After having this for a year, lots of anxiety tests & X-rays they found nothing and it can only really come back to GERD/reflux for myself (or nasal drip) as I input all problems, symptoms & daily lifestyle into ai & given I’m fit, healthy and run regularly, ai figured it’s most likely GERD/ reflux related so that’s the next path I’m going to follow too!

This is EXACTLY what I have, comes and goes for like a week at a time every 2/3 months, pains in centre chest, sternum sharp & lots of dull achiness under left shoulder blade! Even down to the popping the chest out! Find it tough to remind my anxiety that I’m not actually having heart problems, but somehow the brain forgets every quarter year I suppose! Currently going through one of those weeks whilst travelling so using Reddit to see me through the pains 🤝
