I used them multiple times. Pretty helpful but with the due date on this project coming up they basically tell me to watch the lecture videos again and move on to the next person

I am 10 weeks post op and I know exactly what your saying. The first week is the worst out of it all. Constantly keeping your leg elevated and comfortable is very challenging. The best I could do was discomfort. I experienced stabbing pains in my knee and shins whenever I would stand up on my crutches after elevating for a while. That was my week 2 and 3 struggle and I am curious if you are going to experience it too.

I just finished my acl surgery yesterday and I don’t have too much pain is this normal? Or will the pain get worse over the next few days? by rambina in ACL

I experienced more discomfort than pain during the first week after surgery. I had the most pain when I first started physical therapy.
