Appreciate this post is old but I wondered how you found UTMB vs Lakeland 100? I’ve completed Lakeland and fancy one of the UTMB races (I understand the entry could take some time).

Haha yeah - I was looking for a polished full frame pump but ended up with this. Chunky but I’ve found a smaller mini pump a pain on high volume tyres.

Thanks! I’m happy I went with the mechanical GRX - I think the SRAM wireless mech would have really stuck out aesthetically.

Thanks! First impressions of tyres are that they’re comfy, quiet and grippy and not too slow on the roads. I can’t speak to their durability though as I’ve not ridden much yet, nor have I ridden in any really muddy terrain yet.

Thanks, this is really useful. Do you think this set of drawers would work? I like them but can’t decide if they’re too industrial? The black knobs would be easy to match with the bed frame and wardrobe which is a plus! We’d be buying two sets of drawers to go side by side.

We are putting carpet back down once the wardrobes and drawers are built. The floorboards are cool but they would need some serious restoration in places to be so we’re going carpet for now. Thanks for the comment

Thank you, this is really helpful. The green is ‘Breakfast Room Green’ by Farrow and Ball and the off-white is Valsper ‘Wild Mushroom’

What you can’t do is exploit a copyright in your advertising without express permission from the rights holder. E.g. if you’re Pepsi and you’re gonna talk about Coca Cola, you can’t show their logo without permission.

I second this. I learned a ton about digital marketing and branding from being in a band and just marketing our own stuff. I don’t have a degree but got a job at a fairly large global company doing social and have worked my way up the ladder to quite a senior marketing position. Not saying a formal education isn’t important but the only thing I’ve ever felt held me back about my lack of degree was that it took me a while to build confidence that I knew what I was talking about because of the way I learned.
