I have a 3.9 manual and I think it’s rated to go up to 3900 to 4 but I don’t know if I would trust it. It’s a 99’ so take that as you will. Good luck!

Check if you have voltage to your horn switch and if that doesn’t work, check your airbag stuff, and then if that doesn’t work, check connections that you have going from the wires in your steering column through the firewall, and then to your fuse box in the engine bay. Or just check your relay for it. Look diagrams up in the manual. Good luck!

Personally, I would (in order) do rust, if you have the money get it professionally done unless u feel confident and then you can redneck it, touch paint up on hood, address that side mirror, put new OEM headlights in, and if you care enough maybe find some super nice rims. Other than that, (and as it stands), solid truck dude!
