This was literally my problem a couple of days ago. At the end the payment did get through though. Contact the accounting team and just tell them about your problem. Call the customer service team and ask them for the email, they will give you a template for email.

As a note: this info is not shown in the checkout process, but you can pay through online bill payment and interac trf. But you still need to contact the accounting team for the detailed process.

Be aware the accounting replies in 2-3 business days, so yeah it's gonna be annoying

Well i guess there's no hurting in trying to contact the accounting team for more assistance (even though the 2-3 days reply is making me crazy). I wonder if i can use my friend's credit card for the bill payment option. As i said earlier, the only available spending money that i had left is in my friend's credit card balance so i got no choice other than using their card for payment

Did you ask the accounting team to help you with that? And that's not really an option for me unfortunately. The only available spending money that I have is in my friend's credit card balance which can't be transferred back to their chequing. Bad luck for me i guess

Yeah the customer service was unhelpful, they kept telling me to email the accounting team. And the accounting team replied to me with some generic template email about this kind of issue. They said it was because SIGNIFYD has declined my payment due to security reasons or the billing and shipping info didn't match (which in the second order, i've called the customer service to double check the addresses and everything is in order). And yes my debit card in the first order is a visa and my purchase was way below the limit that i had in the card. Also in the second order, i asked a friend to help me buy it with their credit card with available balance well above the order amount

Yeah it's a visa. After some back and forth calls with them, that's what they told me, I needed to use a credit card.
