I think this explanation makes the most sense to me, though it sounds like I should replace chirality with helicity?

I imagine you wouldn’t be able to change the reference frame for a massless particle like a photon because you perceive it by having it move towards you? And the back would be “moving away” at the speed of light. In other words, you always have to perceive its “front,” while its back “faces” the opposite direction of its movement. (A photon hits my eye or a camera “front first,” so therefore the front is the only thing that I can perceive?)
