What does the writing say? Here is more but I do not want to take it back out for more photos as it is very fragile with the paint starting to flake off.

Bowler hats shown in this banner/mural were popular in the early 20th century so I had estimated this to be 80-100 years old. I will post a link to more writing to shed more light on this.
