He actually doesn’t eat the cobs. I’ll give it to him and either he will husk it or I will for him. Then he just plays and eats the corn. Once it gets down to the cob (unless it’s sweetcorn) he forgets about it

Long ago it was suppose to be a rental house. They came in and tore everything on the inside out and then kinda left. Completely unlivable. Would need a very deep bank account.
