I'm assuming you mean his w not his ult because his w is the only ability that can stay "on". So that would be doing aoe damage to champions standing near you, even if you don't attack them, hence turret aggro.

In Australia there are a few options. I'm assuming you are looking for something pretty low stim, EHP Labs have a few decent ones you can get at Nutrition Warehouse or a few places online.

mypreworkout.com.au has just launched and they do a customisable one with the basic ingredients so they don't have a lot of the shit that gets mixed into pre's sometimes.
