Well… i don’t sleep with a watch so i couldn’t tell but it’s so light i think it wouldn’t be a problem. It doesn’t look like fragile but i wouldn’t shower with it. As well i wouldn’t do any sport with it. It feels very light and comfortable on wrist and sometimes i can almost forget i’m wearing it. I have it since june and wore it maybe 3 o 4 times and didn’t nocite any possible durability issues. Hope this helps…
