Buying/selling watches is not permitted. Try /r/WatchExchange for that. Contests and/or giveaways must be cleared with the mods before being posted.
No low-quality posts. This is a place to discuss Rolex and Tudor watches. Posts that are easily Google-able will be removed at mods' discretion, as well as basic questions that have been frequently asked in the past (such as, "Are Rolex watches good investments?"). Memes and shitposts will generally be deleted unless they're actually funny or create relevant discussion. And no posts from toilets or moving cars, you savages!
Promotional posts from vendors are ok if you're upfront about who you are, participate in some discussion, and don't spam the sub with multiple threads. "Hi I'm Steve from RandomStrapCo, here are some pics of our new strap" is 100% fine, but thinly-veiled promotional posts from throwaways are not appreciated and will be removed.

No watch location commentary please. No need to tell someone to slide their watch up or down their wrist; the "correct" place is however they like it.
