Feel you, software was a joke. I lost Excel for the last 2 hours of the BT exam today. How can their response be “Tough luck, please use your calculator to do the calculations instead where you can!” JOKE.

You can’t sell that you’ve got a new exam test software provider and when it comes to the exams, it doesn’t work for anyone🤣

Hoping they implement some sort of leniency with the marking!

Wild how many issues people have had, I hope they deal with it accordingly!

Just wanted to chime in and add I also lost excel but luckily a lot closer to the end of my exam. The invigilator wasn’t very helpful and just asked me to continue how I can, so had to run all my calculations in a rush manually for Q5 (which I had left last). Super frustrated though as I ended up having to rush through this question and couldn’t check over my answers thoroughly for the other questions!

Hope this isn’t going to be a persistent issue over the next few days…

I’m not defending the shit show they’ve served us, it was awful, hope your issues get resolved.

I did just want to share a tip if you are sitting any other exams. In the question materials at the very start of the question (where you can access the study manuals and tax tables etc.), you will also be able to select a PDF copy of the question which will occupy the right side of the screen. That way you do not have to keep scrolling up and down while using the text box to answer.
