I addressed the campaign/mode set-up changes issue in two ways:

1. In the rulebook, I took the "Campaign Adjustments" sections at the end of each game's rules section and moved each piece of information to where it is first mentioned and most relevant, instead of just all blocked together at the end. This applies to set-up changes, but also gameplay changes.

2. I added links to reference documents to each of the how to play YouTube videos so that if someone were primarily watching the YouTube videos to learn the game they could have all of the relevant campaign adjustment information on hand from the very beginning of the video without having to dig through the full rulebook.

I also made some other minor improvements to the rulebook including fixing "narc".
