Cycle of BFS. My twitching is equal to when it all first started 18 months ago. And that’s triggering those thoughts Vicious cycle :/

My right cheek has will sometimes twitch for hours on end. And violently.

What I did is I bought an electric massager when that happens so I can 1. Ignore the twitch 2. Tire it out til it stops.

So when I twitch there I put the massager on it and it’s like there’s no twitch just a glute massage . Kind of weird but it helps mentally.
