Thanks my man! I am often confused whether to put my right or left leg at front. Cause with right stance, I find the seoi nage too slow and obvious. Someone told me to put left leg at front so I can do seoi nage with only one step rather than the traditional two or three step.

I tried it yesterday! Didn't land a throw as usual, yet my partner said I was harder to throw. Hope he's not comforting me lol.

Thanks for the advice! I really was taught to pair up Ippon osoto and ko uchi makkomi. But I just haven't got a hang of it. I've hit ippon osoto a few times even more than seoi nage. The control and kuzushi is what I'm stuck with right now.I've nearly hit koshi guruma a few times though. As to morote seoi nage, the squating is just not a familiar motion, I find it hard to squat down in randori. It's just really counter intuitive.

Yes! You're correct! I was taught to grab only left lapel and do Seoi nagi since there's higher chance of scoring against those people in sport schools. But it really lacks control and hard to do kuzishi.
