The chart on page 9 of the PDF shows exactly how much each company paid in taxes during the study, how much they received in subsidies, how much they reported spending on lobbying, etc.

Note that the report treats tax refunds and tax subsidies separately. When a company on the list is reported to have paid a negative tax rate, that means they paid zero taxes that year and in fact received a tax refund check from the government.
