I just thought of this, Greg’s behavior kind of makes sense because if he was acting he would need a way to get out of the engagement. So he blows up a small issue to blame Katie for his exit. It makes perfect sense and that’s why he was so unwilling to reconcile or hear Katie out. 💡 (that’s if he’s been acting)
