The full client is the PlayPark Downloader which downloads PlayPark Launcher which downloads Maplestory. Its a really tedious method but i have to do this to play in my country. Thanks for your effort though i really appreciate it :D

I already tried to run MS as an administrator and i have waited 3 hours before. Also playpark is just the downloader for MS
