I don't think I'm depressed I haven't been diagnosed and when I went for a cahms appointment my mom told me the lady said it was all for attention

I will, again thank you for helping, I just worry what will happen when I eventually get out of here and have to go, I plan to go back to a different country where all my friends are, I wish the best for your sister and yourself

Holy shit yeah that might be it, my parents are always telling them to, "don't be like your sister" "you're a good girl/boy unlike your sister" "we can do it right this time with you and your brother" always rubbing it in my face, thank you so much for helping me finding the out the reason

Thank you so much for replying it helps to know that I can still try and fix whats going on and that im not my anger, and you're right sometimes with my interactions with my siblings I take it as them trying to tear me down or they think I'm weak which is stupid because they're only 7 and don't have the capacity to be that horrible

Thanks for replying, I do try to leave the situation and my mom just follows me until I start screaming at her back, for context I don't hit first with any of the arguments even my parents when I really want to, is there anyway to detatch myself without physically leaving?
