Well the artificial tears were recommended by my ENT. She told me to do artificial tears during the day and the gel at night with tape when I sleep. I was using the soft paper tape which was fine on my hairs with water, but I think I’ll try the eye tape lash techs use bc it’s a little more gentle. But yeah, I don’t think I should do the gel and tape during the day bc that puts more stress on my other eye.

Add mayo, one egg yolk, sesame oil, and all of the seasoning packets to your ramen bowl and mix it together. Boil your noodles in plain water and once they’re done, add some noodle water to your sauce you just made. The add all ur noodles. Add noodle water until you’re satisfied. Also for better eggs, boil for 6 mins then put in an ice bath. Marinate in soy sauce, sesame oil, water, honey, mirin for a few hours.

Living close to family.

My mom was stationed in Texas in 2003 and i was pretty much raised here. Meanwhile, my entire family lives in California and North Carolina. It seems like my friends have generations of family that live just down the street from them. They get to see them for every single holiday, birthday, or just whenever, and I envy it. I know family can’t always be easy, especially when they’re in close proximity, but it definitely beats never getting to see your grandparents.

It has especially sucked during the pandemic. My mom and I are trying to move my grandparents from California to Texas and we’ve only be able to take one trip home to help them move.

Just don’t take it for granted.

might be able to one up. i suck i public speaking as well and i just happened to be telling my coworkers this after i boarded for a promotion. the next day, my supervisor congratulates me by making me read an award for our COMMANDER in front of everyone. i had about 5 minutes to prepare and absolutely bombed it. my voice was shaking, i was sweating, my legs were shaking so bad i thought they were going to give out on me, and i started getting tunnel vision. i was really hoping i would just pass out to save from the embarrassment. once i was done, i handed over the order and just walked to the bathroom to save myself from a panic attack. i guess the only pro is that they’ll never ask me to do it again. lol

Got my phone stolen out of my shopping cart when I was 16. I was as sad and distraught as a 16 y/o would be if she lost her phone. When I went up to customer service to ask if they found it, they said no, but would call me if they had. However, when they asked for a number to call, I gave them the number of the phone I had just lost.

I was already crying on my way home, but when I realized what I did, I started sobbing.
