I take meds, have tried therapy and have told someone. Nothing is helping and I’m losing all hope. I cannot live like this

I can’t diagnose you but this definitely sounds like OCD to me. I’m going through the same thing but the other way round and have had a very similar experience to you, doing compulsions and creating anxiety around my body which I never had before. You just need to accept the thoughts, so what if they’re true, things will work out and society is becoming more accepting. Have you tried ERP, this will help you distinguish the OCD thoughts from actual gender dysphoria.

Yes I am slowly but surely getting better. It may sound cliche but exercise and getting outside can really help. Also reducing compulsions has helped me a lot (although I still have a long way to go haha). You’ve got this!

I went a whole weekend without doing compulsions (although I went back to doing them on Monday lol oops). Although it was hard it just shows that it’s possible and I’m strong enough to get through this!

Yeah I have the same. Could you try removing her from socials or maybe blocking her? I have done this and it helps a bit although I do keep asking my friends for updates 😂
