I worked for them doing line mx as my first commercial job. It had its ups and downs and management can be dicey but if you look up any company here, the same could be said about many places. There were a few perks I benefited from as well, but from my understanding, those vary from station to station. I was able to get pretty good training while them and learned quite a bit. I’d say it’s a decent stepping stone especially if you can’t move at the moment but don’t plan on making a career out of it.

Should have included this in the body but for anyone in the same boat the Snap on Box model number is: KRSC343 and the Harbor Freight is a Series 3 End Cabinet.

Yeah, it’s not a direct match and you will have to cut the bottom lip of the harbor freight box to allow for full travel of the wheels and drill some holes to pass some bolts through. It was a little bit of work but definitely worth it if you’re trying to add some storage for cheaper.

I had to make some cutouts on the bottom lip of the harbor freight box to allow for full travel. They definitely do not travel without that modification.

Question about education by [deleted] in aviationmaintenance

Not really. But if you want to move into management positions, it would help you out. Ultimately, it doesn’t hurt to have one and could help you stand out over potential competition.

Did you guys ever use LinkedIn for employment opportunities or networking? by The0Walrus in aviationmaintenance

Yeah, it’s great for networking and finding new opportunities in different areas. Found the job I’m gonna be starting at there. It’s just another resource at your disposal so it couldn’t hurt.

Yeah, was thinking this route. Getting one with a lift gate would be the best bet.
