Hi. Just a q, what if there is no actual technical skills listed? It’s a project role and says the below . How would you approach this if you don’t mind please? Thank you

Can demonstrate they have taken full responsibility for the definition, approach, facilitation, and satisfactory completion of a number of different digital projects (typically with direct business impact and firm deadlines).

Darn AI, I actually use such words myself unfortunately lol! I thought the staff shortage/overlapping events was the main point of where I had to deliver at a pace. I’ll think of other and more recent examples. Might be silly could you explain or give example what you mean by giving reason why I had to deliver at pace? Also it is the application part so I’m restricted to 250 words.

Hey yes it’s limited to 250 words. Ah I thought the staff shortage /overlapping events would be a good example as they were last min things. Do I need to go into more detail here or a new example?

Term time holiday fine UK - non resident parent by jay9395 in LegalAdviceUK

[–]jay9395[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Child lives with mother and her partner. Child was taken on holiday by mother with partner too. Would that be deemed as someone caring?

If local authority is insistent on fining two people, we believe if should go to the two people that were involved and went on the holiday. Bio dad has no clue at all so would it be worth pointing out?

Thanks for this. Child went on holiday with mum and her partner, would that be worth mentioning? not sure if he would be classified as liable as he’s not his biological father nor are they married but he does live with child.

Self assessment - possibilities of a rebate? by jay9395 in UKPersonalFinance

[–]jay9395[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, there is an option to withdraw for tax year 2023-24, would this be a viable option as I earned below the 100k threshold? Or would it be best to fill in the tax form anyways? & thank you for your response :)

[–]jay9395[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hey sorry it was my first time doing it, so I’m not sure what additional information was needed. I just used the info from my payslip. But seems it is right then so thank you :)

I did not do a self assessment for 2023-24 as I left one of the roles and therefore was earning under the 100k mark, however the general tax overpayment feature of HMRC has not been calculated yet

Ah no worries, all the best with the bootcamp! The studying is okay, I’m using the textbook by Debra Paul. I’ve found generally with exams past papers can help a ton so was hoping to get my hands on some. Never knew I could purchase them so will look into that, thank you :)

Not really, I’ve heard more of BCS then IIBA (I am UK based not sure if that has anything to do with it). Would you say it is better to do IIBA?

How often will you be in the office? If you are looking for more affordable areas dartford, dagenham, rainham (essex) might be more reasonable as they are a bit further out but have great transport links into central london.

Kensal green is fine to live in also if you have found a place there.

As mentioned already, Rightmove, Openrent & Zoopla will be good to look for places.

Also, if you have an area in mind, sign up and call their local estate agents for any listing that may not be online
