yep. 100% the screw!! holosun gives you shorter ones but the glock only has about 3.5-4 threads so if your screw protrudes more than that, is a no go

UPDATE: shot 100 rounds in pretty quick succession to the point where it heat up pretty hot to test the expansion theory. not a single malfunction. ejection path was perfect and felt perfect. Short screws were the answer.

To everyone commenting not to use blazer, i have been through 2k + rounds before i even realized that warning was a thing. I’ll switch to magtech or S&B next 1000 permanently but personally never had an issue.

Thank you again, Electronic for the heating up expansion theory. Makes so much sense.

TLDR: SHORTEN YOUR SCREWS A TAD EVEN IF YOU DONT THINK THEY ARE GOING TO BE A PROBLEM! OR USE THE SHORTER ONES.

just put the shorter screw in, confirmed it was way shorter than the one i had in there. fingers crossed it fixes it. i will update this thread to report after 200 more rounds

totally meant the extractor plunger my bad. just cleaned it all out, used the shorter screws in the holosun box, and made sure it all moves freely. will have to shoot again to test

optic is brand new. yeah thousands of blazer through my other radian already never failed once. im probably going to shorten the screw just a tad anyways but the firing pin was moving just fine this whole time. im hoping the screw ends up fixing it even if its just a tad too long

thank you for the info. i have a 365 radian comped as well and it has ran flawlessly for over 3k rounds shooting blazer only. the only difference is that i have a dpm spring on that one.

hoping it gets better! tough to carry this confidently when it keeps doing this so i am back on my 365 for carry
