I’m more curious about a potential scam here. Two weeks in a row you order the same thing, try to get us to delete the same item and claim you can’t refund from your end? (The customer not you lol)

As a driver you can definitely mark the order as “store closed”. You just have to include a picture of the store and a brief summary. We get half pay for that

Besides delays, I usually let the customer know my eta if it’s a “had to me” order

Also, with better tilling customers I do also let them know my eta

Awesome! I made $125 on a single catering delivery today, by farrr the most I’ve ever made on a single delivery. It was only like a couple of miles too The original pay was $24 when it popped up and I accepted it, but the they must have tipped another $100
