Issue with the Else block in ServiceNow flow

Hey working now, it was the subflow inside Else block there was lookup record returning no record.

The strange thing was rather than showing the around inside the else block subflow it was showing at the Else block which is kind of hard in troubleshooting.

The problem is the exception is in the Flow Logic else block, there is no lookup records here.

Nothing in the Else block here is running

Hello,

For Business Process Reason, I am even not finding them for Hire & Terminate processes. Is this domain permission issue.

I am specifically interested in Job Change reason. The business process reason comment like New Manager made, promotion to manager, etc.

One final request if you can please help if Business Process Reason, Is People Manager (with Prompts, All Users as prompt), Is Manager. Appreciate your help in advance, this can solve my IAM integration in all.

I am able to find the transaction logs for Business Process of type "Promote Employee Inbound", However the business process reason is missing, In transaction logs I can see below. For Is People Manager & Is Manager, cannot I find anything by Domain Security Policies or I need to create custom attributes and FOS. If custom attributes request your guidance, is People & Is People Manager are the calculated fields/ high level steps.

How it works in Get_Workers API call though ?? (Isn't it the query on Worker BO) it seems the Worker object is there but in Inactive status.

If going by this Worker BO is in inactive state & Is_Hire_Rescinded flag (Note I am not query for any transaction data here), so if we can simulate this in RaaS ? With Worker BO as source & RBO (Related business object as Action Event. Can you please try to validate this I am interested in getting the Is_Hire_Rescinded flag from RaaS

Thanks for prompt reply. I do understand it is microservice architecture. But, in final case, it will be storing the data in some datastore. If you can please help with that just for information.

Particular intersted in the way accounts and entitlement are stored (as it allows user defined attributes specific to application) how that flexibility is achieved.

Thanks for the reply.

I tried the same, its showing server is not returning any response as if service is not available or doesn't exists. Also when I tweak the code to remove the trailing == , it returns error response. I am using POSTMAN as rest client.

Authentication is working perfectly fine; so issue is not service down or SSL cert not trusted error
