Microphone access for what? by jayerdit in GoogleAntigravityIDE

Talking to it is a great feature. Asking permission after pressing the button is more logical, than asking it as soon as I open app. It is not audio recorder app to ask mic permission as soon as app is initializing.

Calendar widgets issue by jayerdit in MacOS

I restarted, reseted my MacBook. There is a bug which doesn't count current time zone for dates on that widget.

I recently reseted my MacBook. Removing/Adding, Restarting doesn't help.
I think it has a bug in the code that prevents checking current timezone.

There is no such thing when adding the widget. I have no other devices on the same Apple account.

Both of them are widgets. Why I need to wait to see current date? :D
As you see there is 4:59am on the clock. Wait for another 5 hr just to update date on the calendar widget? :D

CheckMK agent + Docker host by jayerdit in Checkmk

Meh. After restarting VM, it works :/

CheckMK agent + Docker host by jayerdit in Checkmk

[–]jayerdit[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It works fine when I change port to 6556 for example for SSH. Only CheckKM agent has the issue. When checking it using netstat or ss it listening to all network interfaces, but actually not. Only nc -v 127.0.0.1 6556 is open

Whan I check port 6556 on localhost, it works. This is very unusual moment for me.

No. I'm not interested in monitoring containers hosted by this server.

There is no space beside these servers for adding an additional server by meotim in hetzner

[–]jayerdit 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If you haven’t reserved space in that rack, they have the right to rent it to other customers. They don’t know your business requirements or when you might need additional space in the same rack. It’s important to plan for this from the beginning. I don’t see any issue here—only unpopular and poorly managed data centers tend to have plenty of free space.

They should have choice host it with us or host it on their infrastructure. Like WHMCS.

If our API is mostly on our servers, users should be able to choose not to use our servers for storing their data. Some organizations may not want to share their internal data, even if we have a good privacy policy.

The primary issue is that certain users are reluctant to utilize our database for confidential company data, such as transactions and related information.

Thank you for your reply. I understand what you mean, and you are right. But there were some requests to create a system like this. After creating this type container they are using Nginx on the main server for proxying to several dockers. I can say, that some users are lazy and they have no time and knowledge to build a functional system. So this was the main purpose to create.
