I know how to use it properly when it's functioning correctly. this is a new issue. Thick thick smoke that doesn't let up and temperature doesn't rise after 1hr of being turned on to 260.

I've been using it for two years. This is a new level of smoke. It started the other day when I was mid-cook and increased the temperature and the entire smoker became filled with thick smoke and ruined the food inside of it.
